FAQs

How do I know if the group program is right for my child?

All clients are required to complete a suitability assessment within the Group Referral Form to ensure the correct fit, and that the group aligns to your child’s goals and support needs. You only need to do this once. You will need to have a current service agreement.

I am not a Cameron Wellness Centre client or don’t have a current service agreement with Cameron Wellness Centre.

Please contact our Intake and Administration Team on 1800 000 292 to arrange a new service agreement, or to ensure sufficient funds are available. A current service agreement with enough funds to cover the maximum group cost is needed before the start of the group.

I can’t attend all of the group sessions, can I attend only some?

You will need to enrol for the whole length of the group. Any missed sessions will be charged as per the NDIS Program of Supports.

How much is the group?

Group Program costings vary depending on several factors. These include the number of children who attend, the number and qualifications of staff in the group, and the length of the group.

Can I withdraw from the group?

Yes, with 14 days’ notice. Please give as much notice as possible to allow us to plan for our groups. Our group programs are billed as per the NDIS Program of Supports. Billing for group planning time and the first session will occur on the first group date, and then as per the scheduled group dates. Any group charges planned within the 14-day notice period will be billed. Any charges planned after the 14-day notice period will not be billed.
