Occupational Therapist – Darwin, Geelong, Melbourne & Warrnambool
Who we are:
Cameron Wellness Centre (CWC) is a Supply Nation registered & NDIS registered provider specialising in evidence and strengths-based intervention for all Australians with a focus on First Nations participants.
We currently service Melbourne, Darwin, Geelong & Warrnambool.

What your role will look like:
- Full time or part time opportunities available
- Manage a caseload of clients and receive training and support as required
- This role will provide you with a unique experience in working with people with a range of disabilities ranging from young children through to adults
- Perform one-on-one interviews, therapy needs assessments, individual and group therapy intervention with children, adolescents, and families/carers (including from culturally and linguistically diverse populations) in high standard clinical settings
- You will have the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the lifespan and collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
Who you are:
- Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 12 months clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience within NDIS (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, efficient and flexible work practices including the ability to manage a busy caseload, meet deadlines, prioritise, and respond to change
- Passionate about working with First Nations people and would like to continue to develop your own cultural competence as a clinician
- Understanding and keen interest in neurodivergent affirming practice and what this means for many participants that we support
- Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable motor vehicle
- Ability to work independently

Who you are:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Clinical experience and demonstrated high level clinical problem solving in Paediatric/Adult Speech Pathology
- High level and effective interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication
- Strong organisational and time management skills, efficient and flexible work practices including the ability to manage a busy caseload, meet deadlines, prioritise, and respond to change
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development by maintaining, applying, and sharing clinical knowledge
- Passionate about working with First Nations people and would like to continue to develop your own cultural competence as a clinician
- Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable motor vehicle
- Ability to work independently
